The 9-1-1 Early Adopter Coalition (EAC) is a national community of public safety leaders, innovators, technologists, researchers, and partners working together to advance the future of 9-1-1.
Every year, the 9-1-1 Early Adopter Summit brings together the people who believe that 9-1-1 can be better tomorrow than it is today.
In 2025, that community became something bigger.
The 9-1-1 Early Adopter Coalition (EAC) is a national community of public safety leaders, innovators, technologists, researchers, and partners working together to advance the future of 9-1-1.
Born from the conversations, relationships, and collaboration fostered at EAS, the Coalition takes that spirit beyond a single annual event and creates opportunities for year-round connection, learning, and collaboration.
Innovation doesn't happen in isolation.
The challenges facing 9-1-1 are complex, and solving them requires people willing to share what they've learned, ask difficult questions, try new approaches, and help others take their next step.
The EAC exists to create a space where those people can come together.
